Natasha grew up in Southern Illinois with her family whom also have a medical background. Her father is an Orthopedic surgeon and her mother has training as a nurse. She's very close with her three siblings, 2 of which are currently in medical school. She also has a background in music, with training in violin, viola, and piano. She enjoys running, swimming, biking, and practicing yoga. Natasha enjoys participating in road races and had the opportunity in 2014 to run in the Boston Marathon for Embrace a Family a charity in Natick; her first and only marathon to date. Fun fact, she obtained her Private Pilot's License prior to leaving for college in 2002 (though her husband is the one who still flies and keeps his license current).
