Virtual Physical Therapy Appointments

Virtual PT Appointments now Available

We now offer virtual appointments through FaceTime and Skype. These appointments can be utilized to establish a plan of care for new clients, discuss your plan of care, establish or discuss your current exercise program, guide you through your exercise program, and answer any questions you may have. Please be aware that these virtual appointments are currently only available to MA residents at this time. When you have booked your virtual follow-up appointment we will contact you about your preferred telehealth platform.

NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

We operate as an out-of-network provider to all insurance payers except for Medicare beneficiaries. Currently under Medicare guidelines PTs are not covered for telehealth visits. We highly recommend that you call your insurance provider to find out about your telehealth reimbursement for out-of-network providers before booking an appointment. We will provide you with a receipt that will contain all the information you should need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

PRICING

Virtual Initial Evaluation —$150

Just like our in-person initial evaluations, we allow for a 90 minute session to obtain a thorough review of your past medical history and your current physical complaints. After discussing your current complaints and your personal goals we will discuss a plan of care to help you reach your goals. This option is only required for new patients; returning patients can choose from the follow-up options below.

60-min Virtual Follow-up Appointment —$100

45-min Virtual Follow-up Appointment —$75

30-min Virtual Follow-up Appointment —$50
